1. Introduction

Welcome to Precision Financial Services ("PFS," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and financial services platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Precision Financial Services is a financial cooperative society duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria, operating under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Our registered office is in Abuja, Nigeria.

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Nigerian law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. PFS reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time.

Our loan products are available exclusively to Nigerian citizens and legal residents operating small and medium enterprises within the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You must possess a valid National Identification Number (NIN) and/or Bank Verification Number (BVN) to apply for our financial products.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately at info@precisionfinancialservicesltd.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. PFS shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

4. Loan Products & Terms

Precision Financial Services offers micro, small, and medium enterprise loans ranging from ₦50,000 to ₦5,000,000, subject to credit assessment and eligibility criteria. Interest rates range from 2.2% to 5% per week, depending on the loan category and the applicant’s credit profile. Loan tenors range from 1 to 24 weeks.

Loan Categories

  • Micro Loans: ₦50,000 – ₦500,000 (2.2% – 3% weekly interest, 1 – 12 weeks tenor)
  • Small Business Loans: ₦500,001 – ₦1,000,000 (2.5% – 4% weekly interest, 1 – 24 weeks tenor)
  • Medium Enterprise Loans: ₦1,000,001 – ₦5,000,000 (3% – 5% weekly interest, 1 – 24 weeks tenor)

All loan applications are subject to approval based on our internal credit assessment, which may include evaluation of your business performance, credit history, guarantor verification, and other factors at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

5. Guarantor Requirements

All loan applications require at least one qualified guarantor. Guarantors must be Nigerian citizens or legal residents, at least 18 years of age, with verifiable identity documents (including a valid NIN) and contact information. Guarantors undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before loan approval.

By acting as a guarantor, you accept joint liability for the loan and agree that PFS may pursue you for repayment in the event of default by the primary borrower. Guarantor information is collected, verified, and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Repayment Obligations

Borrowers are required to make timely repayments in accordance with the agreed repayment schedule. The total repayment amount includes the principal sum plus accrued interest over the loan tenor. Early repayment is permitted and encouraged — there are no prepayment penalties, and early repayment reduces your total interest cost.

Failure to make payments when due may result in additional charges, reporting to credit bureaus, legal action to recover outstanding amounts, and/or forfeiture of any collateral or security provided. Continued default may result in the loan being classified as “defaulted” and referred to our recovery team.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal information including but not limited to your name, contact details, National Identification Number (NIN), Bank Verification Number (BVN), bank account details, business information, passport photographs, and identification documents. This information is used for identity verification, credit assessment, and service delivery. Our full data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on our platform are the property of Precision Financial Services or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Precision Financial Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our Services.

PFS does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to mediation in accordance with the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC) procedures. If mediation is unsuccessful, either party may seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or through a notice on our platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must discontinue using our Services.
